offer a variety of services to meet your training needs. After
evaluating your dog, K9 Ponderosa can assist you in selecting
a program that best fits the needs of your family and the
personality of your dog. If you are seeking information or
services that may not be listed, please feel free to contact
us with your questions.

- Obedience
Training
Our individualized training program teaches your dog
to walk properly on the leash without pulling you
down the street, the Heel, Sit, Down, Stay and Come
commands. We get dogs to work off leash with confidence.
We also train clients on how to handle the walks and
pack runs “off leash.”
All our training programs are a relationship, where
your canine will work for your praise. We can train
in English, German, Chinese, Vietnamese, hand signs
and any other language you may desire.
- Behavior
Modification
With our solid individualized training program we
can address any issue.
Like potty training, jumping up on people, counter
surfing (furniture), inappropriate chewing, excessive
barking, digging, aggression, etc...
- Canine
Education Programs
K9 Ponderosa provides seminars for schools, pet stores,
organizations or clubs about canine behaviors.
Special topics can be teaching children how to behave
around all dogs, handicap assistant, bite prevention...etc.

Let our experience help you select a new family member.
Are you a active person or a couch potato? Either
way we can help select a great pet for you.

Temperament Testing
Through our many assessments we can tell best which
dog would be a good fit for you.

pre-school / socialization
This is where it all starts: Our puppy pre school
is the best bare none. You will learn everything from
potty training, play bite, crate etiquette, food and
water, proper toys, socialization exercises and dog
psychology. This greatly helps molding puppies into
a great family member.
